Did you ever want to try your hand at photographing the beauty around us; flowers, butterflies, animals, or more? Come join us as Michelle Deiter gives us pointers. Perhaps you want create artwork for your walls. If you are a Wild Ones member, you could submit a photograph in their annual photo contest. The presentation will begin inside. And weather permitting, we will move outside to practice. Bring a camera if you like and you can practice as Michelle helps.

Michelle is known for her professional artwork hanging at her son’s restaurant, Big Bill’s Sandwich Shop. Michelle received her first camera, a Nikkormat at age 16 for her birthday. She has been a photographer for over 50 years and learned by trial and error. She worked in a photo lab where she learned about the 3 keys to photography: aperture, shutter, and ISO or film speed. She was Ronald Regan’s campaign photographer in 1980 in Michigan. Michelle will shoot anything once, and more if she loves it.
